Qualifications and Level of Experience Required:
Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification
At least 3 -5 years previous experience needed on an executive level.
Must be fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point Outlook, and Excel).
Drivers license and own car essential
Duties and Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
Reading, monitoring, and responding to the MD's calendar and electronic diary.
Preparing correspondence on the MD's behalf.
Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
Booking meetings and record minutes and dictations
Organizing local and international traveling and preparing complex travel itineraries.
Planning, organizing, and managing events.
Preparing correspondences and various other administrative documents including Board packs and other reports.
Managing petty cash.
Conducting research on the internet.
Screening calls and client interaction, handling queries
Preparing presentations.
Typing and filing documents.
Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
Managing small and medium projects.
Preforming various personal tasks.
Ad hoc duties.
