Requirements:Relevant qualification preferred. Valid SA Driverâ??s License. Computer literate on MS Office, with intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role within the contract cleaning industry. Professional demeanor with emphasis on client service delivery. Working knowledge of Sectorial Determination and Industrial Relations. Effective cost management directly attributed to chemical usage, labour allocation, and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Allocated sites are managed in line with agreed service parameters to achieve client satisfaction. Cost management of Labour and Resources. Managing time and attendance. Responsible for the smooth start-up of new sites. Effectively plans and prioritizes portfolio management and admin activities. Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
