Duties:

• You will take charge of the entire group financial reporting process, ensuring the timely and accurate consolidation of financial results across all international subsidiaries, spanning diverse regions and markets.
• You’ll manage the complexities of coordinating financial data from operations in multiple countries, ensuring consistency, transparency, and accuracy in all reports.
• As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you’ll provide insightful financial analysis and strategic guidance, helping shape key decisions and driving the financial performance of the global business.
• You will ensure that the business adheres to the highest standards of financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Leading a team of highly skilled financial professionals, you’ll mentor and inspire your team to deliver excellence in all financial processes, systems, and reporting.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Qualified CA(SA) with significant experience in financial management at a group level.

Experience:

• A minimum of 6 years post-article experience within global organisations (preferably in mining, resources, or manufacturing sectors), managing the consolidation and reporting of financial data across multiple countries.
