Are you a strategic leader with a proven track record in business development at a C-suite level within the logistics industry? We are seeking a Senior Manager – Business Development to drive growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion in a fast-paced and evolving sector. Key Responsibilities:Develop & implement high-level business growth strategies within the logistics sector
Engage with C-suite executives & key stakeholders to drive partnerships and strategic alliances
Identify and source profitable, large scale, new business opportunities for the company and develop and initiate a sales approach that results in closing new business opportunities to meet or exceed an individual target in support of the overall New Business target.
Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
Lead contract negotiations & high-value deal closures
Oversee client relationship management to ensure long-term business success
Analyse industry trends & market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company objectives
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of business development experience in the logistics industry
- Proven track record of C-suite engagement & deal-making
- Strong understanding of supply chain, transportation, and distribution
- Experience in strategic planning & revenue growth
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to drive high-impact business initiatives and foster long-term partnerships
