The Systems and Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing operational systems, workflow coordination, and data integrity to maximize efficiency in a packhouse environment. This role ensures seamless integration between forecasting, dispatch operations, and financial processes, maintaining high standards of accuracy and functionality to improve productivity and cost management. Requirements:- Qualification in Project Management, Business Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in the citrus industry or a packhouse setting is advantageous.
- Background in marketing and systems administration.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and platforms.
- 4-8 years of experience in project management methodologies.
- Solid understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
