Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
• Additional certifications in AWS or backend development technologies are highly desirable.
• Extensive Experience: Minimum of 7 years in full-stack development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in fast-paced environments.

Technical Expertise:

• Frontend: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Backend: Strong knowledge of Node.js, Python, or Java, and frameworks like Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
• Databases: In-depth understanding of relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB).
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS (DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito, etc.) and deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead complex software projects from conception to release, within timelines and budget constraints.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
