Description:

Our client in the unique jewelry industry is looking for an elegant, well spoken, dynamic and driven young candidate to join their team. The opportunity presented is a starting point with endless growth potential within the business.
  • Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to : -
    • Getting to know the company and their products
    • Answering phones, dealing with clients, assisting where possible
    • Marketing, promoting, selling and upselling full range of products
    • Deal with courier services for collection and deliveries
    • Maintain relationships with clients â ongoing
    • Handling internal telesales â developing a call cycle and building relationships with various stakeholders
    • Answering emails promptly and efficiently
    • Dealing with daily correspondence and filing
    • Assisting the directors with any administrative work they may have
    • Any other duties that may be required by management from time to time
    Qualifications :
    • Matric essential
    • Diploma in Marketing / Sales would be hugely advantageous
    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
    • Fully computer literate â MS Office Suite
    • Own reliable vehicle
    • 2-3 years in a similar role (consistently)
