They are looking for a detail-oriented Group Financial Accountant to join their finance team for a 6-month contract . You will assist in the consolidation of group accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and offering valuable financial insights to senior management.
Duties include (not limited to)
- Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standard
- Assist with financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
- Work with internal teams to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Education:
- Newly qualified CA(SA)
- Experience required auditing a JSE entity
- Consolidations experience within audit required
