Our client in the FMCG Foods industry is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join them in Cullinan, Gauteng. The successful candidate will have experience on Sage 300 and have assisted with payroll for more than 500 staff members Job Title : Payroll Administrator (Sage 300)
Geographical area : Cullinan, Gauteng
Salary range : R 20 000.00 – R 28 000.00 CTC pm

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Assist with successful payroll management of all entities at Group
• Assist with successful processing of 1100+ wage employees and 450+ monthly employees
• Successful and timely distribution of payslips
• Oversee queries pertaining to payroll resolved in time
• Oversee and prepare month end payroll journals in time

Minimum qualifications and experience:

• 3-4 years payroll experience of more than 500+ employees
• 1-2 years on Sage 300 payroll
• Degree / diploma required
