A leading technology-driven organization is seeking an experienced professional to support project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management within a dynamic team environment. - B.Tech in any Engineering discipline.
- 3-5 years’ experience in an R&D Product Development environment.
- PMBOK or equivalent certification (advantageous).
- Theory of Constraints (TOC) knowledge (advantageous).
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools .
- Experience in technical projects involving hardware, software, firmware, and mechanical components .
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills .
Key Performance Areas (KPA’s):
- Project Support & Coordination: Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project progress.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Budget & Resource Monitoring: Track project budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
- Risk & Issue Tracking: Identify potential risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing project management processes and efficiency.
- Certifications Management: Coordinate and track regulatory certifications like ICASA, LOA, CE, and UKCA.
