Description:
Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Co-ordinator Officer to join their team in Centurion Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative support, inventory control, and data management in a production environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Ensure the department complies with Health & Safety policies in collaboration with Safety Reps and the HSE Coordinator.
- Assist the Material Controller in managing finished goods inventory.
- Conduct accurate weekly stock takes for finished goods and consumables.
- Reconcile and capture data related to raw material control.
- Update efficiency schedules daily.
- Maintain weekly wages and other production schedules.
- Perform general administrative duties as required
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :
- Minimum of a Degree, preferably BCom in Supply Chain.
- Passed Maths or Accountancy in Grade 12 (essential).
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (advantageous).
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel.
- Strong administrative skills.
