Our client is looking for a Plant / Maintenance Manager to join their team in Underberg, KZN. This is a middle management role, not a senior position, with a focus on overseeing plant operations and ensuring smooth daily functionality.
Responsibilities:

Oversee plant operations and ensure productivity targets are met.

Manage stock control and inventory processes.

Perform basic maintenance tasks, with a strong emphasis on plumbing and basic electrical work.

Supervise staff and ensure effective team performance.

Maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:

Basic knowledge of water bottling plant operations.

Experience in maintenance, with a focus on plumbing and basic electrical work.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage stock and productivity.

Ability to lead a team and uphold hygiene and operational standards.
