Job description
Lab Coordinator must ensure that the factory-finished products adhere to the required standards and are produced most cost-effectively. She does this by thoroughly controlling raw materials and process parameters, testing finished goods technical properties to ensure they adhere to the required standards, and over-inspecting quality on the box of finished goods.
Minimum qualifications and job requirements
Chemical Engineering Graduate (BScEng or BEng) / Not TechKey Responsibilities
Implement and/or maintain Quality Management System Ensure raw material availability Ensure raw materials are within spec before entering the process Control process parameters Control finished product properties Over inspect the Quality on the Box Develop body formulas Engage with raw material suppliers Effectively communicate to the team the non-conformities picked up at the lab Help production departments identify & resolve non-conformities
