Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Geospatial Science, Earth Sciences, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the scientific or geospatial sector. Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, marketing, proposal writing and contract negotiations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and leverage market opportunities. Proficiency in proposal and business case development, costing models, and contract management. Familiarity with EO technologies and applications is an advantage.
