- Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly
- Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Monitor budgets and assist in financial planning to ensure proper allocation of resources
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll with precision and adherence to deadlines
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations by managing VAT submissions and other statutory filings
- Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide detailed financial reports
- Collaborate with auditors and support the preparation of audit documents
Qualifications & Experience:
- National Diploma in Bookkeeping
- Minimum 3 years experience
