Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage IT infrastructure and systems. Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Mentor and guide junior IT staff.
Required Qualifications:
Information Technology diploma or certificate in related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., A+, N+, S+, CCNA, MCSE, Office365).
Experience needed:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role. Extensive experience with MS Servers, Hyper-V and Veeam. Linux Servers will be a benefit but not essential. Sound knowledge of MS Active Directory and MS Office 365 Identity. Proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint(OneDrive), Exchange and Licensing Knowledge of MS Office 365 Forms and Power Automate will be beneficial. Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) is not essential but beneficial. Unifi Switches with APs will be beneficial. Meraki firewalls will be beneficial. Familiarity with in-house application systems such as Excalibur, Ghost Practice, and Lexis Convey. Experience with Fresh as a ticketing system and call center application. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Team Skills\Player is a requirement.
