Prepare detailed financial reports, including variances, forecasting, and business performance analyses to ensure the business stays on track. Manage BOMs and operating costing, analysing production costs, materials, and labour to maintain profitability across the manufacturing process. Take the lead in forecasting future financial outcomes and contribute to the planning and development of budgets. Oversee cost management, identify areas for cost-saving, and help implement financial controls that optimize operational efficiency. Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure that all financial data is accurate and reported on time.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications: A completed BCom Degree. Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles are a bonus! Experience: Strong knowledge of forecasting, BOMs costing, and operating costing but with a manufacturing/FMCG twist.
