Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Key Account Managers with quotes and bookings to support sales growth.
- Achieve a quarterly booking target of 300+ bookings.
- Facilitate the internal sales process for new account openings.
- Ensure all legal company documents are completed and submitted before account activation.
- Communicate new client requirements to relevant departments (Operations, Branch Managers, Accounts, Fleet).
- Monitor and manage customer credit limits, ensuring all accounts remain within their limits by overseeing invoice and statement distribution and resolving queries promptly.
- Source fleet through the National Operations Manager and collaborate with branch managers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide sales reports and assist the National Sales Manager with monthly updates from KAMs.
- Track and manage sales leads through HubSpot CRM.
- Act as a key liaison between departments on behalf of KAMs.
- Maintain and update the Key Account Manager sales dashboard.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales coordination within the car rental industry.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM or similar systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Salary is R10 000 CTC plus R250 Cellphone allowance per month
