Description:
Minimum requirements:Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field 3 Years of Food and Beverage experience, typically in supervisory or operational roles like servers, bartenders, or supervisors, shop assistants & spa therapists Experience in managing teams, food operations, and customer service is essential Experience with stock control, budgeting and supplier negotiations Ability to work in a remote environment with a hands-on approach Knowledge of health and safety regulations Familiarity with restaurant management software, point of sale (POS) systems, inventory management tools, Microsoft Office programs and scheduling software Willingness to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the F&B industry is often operational during these times Valid drivers license
