Description:

A well-organized and proactive Training Coordinator is required to manage and facilitate training programs within the organization. The role involves planning, scheduling, and delivering training sessions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting employees' development through structured learning initiatives. Requirements:
  • Grade 12, with a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (advantageous).
  • 1-2 years ’ experience in training administration or facilitation.
  • Familiarity with the FMCG industry, meat processing , and SETAs .
  • Understanding of the Skills Development Act and Employment Equity Act .
  • Strong communication, planning, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage training content, records, and compliance reporting.
