Description:
1. Job Summary:
- Perform a variety of administration duties to support the sales department to reach target.
2. Key Performance Areas
- Vici Dial monitoring and management
- Provide administrative support to senior management and teams
- Receive and allocate inbound calls
- Assist sales representatives with the policy changes
- Compile stats for metric reports
- Create and maintain spreadsheets with all daily reports
- Send send-backs to the sales agents
- Compile Sendback List (Live stats)
- Attend to emails and queries from clients and agents
- Provide accurate sales stats (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Compile stats: Call time stats & Leads stats
- Maintain Confidentiality
- Perform Adhoc tasks as per supervisor
- Handle all office administration
- Keep up to date with latest office equipment and industry practices
