Description:

1. Job Summary:

  • Perform a variety of administration duties to support the sales department to reach target.

2. Key Performance Areas

  • Vici Dial monitoring and management
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and teams
  • Receive and allocate inbound calls
  • Assist sales representatives with the policy changes
  • Compile stats for metric reports
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets with all daily reports
  • Send send-backs to the sales agents
  • Compile Sendback List (Live stats)
  • Attend to emails and queries from clients and agents
  • Provide accurate sales stats (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
  • Compile stats: Call time stats & Leads stats
  • Maintain Confidentiality
  • Perform Adhoc tasks as per supervisor
  • Handle all office administration
  • Keep up to date with latest office equipment and industry practices

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • NQF Level 4
  • Minimum of 3 years Administration experience

3. Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • NQF Level 4

4. Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years Administration experience
