Description:
A well-established company based in Somerset West, Western Cape is looking for a fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) Admin & Sales Support Administrator with at least 5 years of relevant work experience who will be providing administrative support to the sales department and finance team.
Permanent in-house position with working hours 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
- Matric with Mathematics essential (Must be able to provide Certificate with application)
- Relevant Diploma in Business Management or Administration advantageous
- Proficient in Afrikaans and English
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Accounting or ERP software knowledge (OMNI preferred)
- Able to capture, load, and reconcile sales and financial data
- Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Stock count attendance and participation
- Preference would be given to candidates who reside in the Somerset West area
- Experience in invoicing credit control and stock control would be advantageous
- Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong numerical skills
- Fast and accurate typing and data entry abilities
- Capable of analyzing Sales/Stock/Financial information and identifying inconsistencies
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with dealers/vendors/customers and colleagues
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently
- Ability to identify issues and implement solutions promptly
