Calling all Condition Monitoring Technicians for an exciting opportunity in the Western Cape!
The role involves routine and non-routine machinery condition monitoring using data collectors and computerised systems, including troubleshooting, failure investigations, and performance testing of equipment. It also requires vibration analysis and performance evaluations of key components like compressors, motors, and pumps, aligned with preventative maintenance schedules. Additionally, the job includes identifying potential mechanical fatigue, developing condition monitoring schedules, and conducting root cause analysis.
Requirements:
Job Requirements:
· Matric or Technical NQF Level 4 equivalent (a Trade Test is advantageous)
· Vibration Analysis Category II ISO certified and Infra-Red Scanning Level 1 certified
· Exposure to Tribology / Oil analysis Level 1 and Lazer alignment trailing
· 3 years’ relevant plant working experience in the maintenance department and condition monitoring
