• Consulting and training on HR and IR-related topics in KZN and Surrounding
areas.
• Drafting of policies and procedures.
• Skills development and employment equity consulting.
• Assisting with job profiling.
• Facilitating HR/IR-related topics.
Requirements:
• Human Resources / Industrial Relations Degree or similar.
• Have your own reliable vehicle.
• Have a laptop, speakers, and supporting resources (including Wi-Fi and backup in
case of load-shedding or power failures) for virtual training.
• Must be Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, MS TEAMS, Zoom, and alike).
• Minimum 5 years of IR/HR background and experience in consulting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable labour legislation.
• Experience in attending CCMA and the various Bargaining Council matters
beneficial.
• Facilitating experience in IR/HR.
