Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Safety Representatives and the HSE Coordinator to ensure departmental compliance with company Health and Safety policies.
- Support the Material Controller in managing the movement of finished goods in and out of the department.
- Assist in conducting accurate weekly stock takes of finished goods and consumables.
- Oversee data reconciliation and capturing related to raw material control.
- Maintain and update daily efficiency schedules.
- Prepare and update weekly wage records and other production schedules.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required by the Production Team Leader and Executive.
- Maintain the NCQR and CFAR registers, tracking trends and compiling statistical reports.
- Submit and follow up on trials and associated ISIR requests.
- Provide support with staff inquiries and general administrative queries
Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Degree essential / ideally BCom Supply Chain
- Maths or Accountancy passed in Grade 12 essential
- 3 years' experience in an administrative type position
- Experience in a manufacturing environment advantageous
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
- Excellent administration skills
Knowledge and Skills:
