Job Overview:To provide administrative and operational support to the philanthropy or development team. This role assists in managing donor relations, grant administration and community outreach activities to help further the organizations corporate social responsibility.
Requirements:
Matric or equivalent qualification Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A passion for community involvement and charitable causes Prior experience in nonprofit, fundraising, or philanthropy is a plus Duties:
Support donor relations by maintaining accurate records and correspondence Request supporting documents to ensure legalities and compliance Write reports to management regarding NGOs, Non-Profit Organisations and Charitys Help prepare applications and other materials Coordinate and manage communication with donors, partners and stakeholders Assist in tracking donations, pledges and financial records Research potential grant opportunities and track funding deadlines Help organize community outreach programs and initiatives Provide general administrative support to the philanthropy team as needed
