Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate
- Driver’s License
- Languages; Fluent in English and one other SA language – preferably Afrikaans (area dependent)
- Min work experience: 6 years’ experience in customer care
- Knowledge of textiles/ fabric industry.

Duties
- Manage credits and claims.
- Handle all KZN, George and PE complaints
- and queries (customer & sales consultants /showroom managers)
- Coordinate reporting, general admin and meetings
- Support payment collection.
- Co-ordinate new account applications.
