Our client is seeking a young, dynamic individual for an External Sales Role. Candidate should have the necessary skills of communicating with the different levels of decision makers in the manufacturing industry. Must be target driven, friendly, a team player and be willing to learn and work well under pressure.
Duties:
Manage and grow existing customers Acquire new customers on a consistent basis for the growth of the Company Customer service & retention, quotations, meeting all client needs, responding to emails, liaising with customers - giving feedback etc. Grow market share and further develop profitable sales. Adopt and implement sales process with regards to research, and lead input Analyze market potentials, track sales and status reports. Meet and exceed sales budgets (volume & revenue). Establish, promote and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Comply with the company’s planning, reporting and customer management structures Assisting with the quarterly Stock Stake. Achieving set financial targets: - Sales turnover & margins. - Product volumes -Expenses Track and report sales status and forecasts. Assist with developing and implementing product promotions and go to market strategies. Sales reports to management.Requirements: Must have own vehicle, cellphone and laptop 3 years’ experience servicing the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage Excellent English skills – written and spoken (Zulu language an added advantage)
Microsoft Office Skills. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, emails) etc.
Presentation skills and engagements on Electronic platforms (Zoom, Teams &Webinar)
High level of motivation and continuous improvement mentality Strong leadership and admin skills
