Description:
Key Responsibilities:Provide first and second-line support via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment. Monitor IT infrastructure for performance issues and security risks. Maintain IT inventory records and manage hardware/software upgrades. Ensure security compliance and assist with IT audits. Collaborate with teams and vendors on IT projects.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). Certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft) are a plus. 1-2 years experience in IT support. Proficiency in Windows, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs), and cloud tech (Office 365, Google Workspace). Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
