Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met. Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement solutions proactively. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for solar projects. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any onsite challenges. Ensure high-quality standards and performance metrics are achieved.Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar project management. PMP Certification is required. Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, project execution, and industry regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
