Job Description:We are seeking a Finance & HR & Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial processing, payroll administration, compliance, and general office management.Location: Maitland, Cape Townð Industry: Manufacturing & FMCGâ³ Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 14:30Friday: 08:00 – 15:00 Key Responsibilities:- Process supplier invoices and reconcile creditor's monthly
- Load creditor payments and process cashbooks daily
- Handle payroll functions, including staff clocking, leave, wages, and salaries
- Reconcile PAYE/UIF/SDL and submit EMP201 on the SARS portal
- Manage debtors, follow up on outstanding payments, and send monthly statements
- Process company expenses, including petty cash, credit card transactions, and fleet costs
- Maintain ISO and QMS files, handle internal audits, and ensure compliance
- Manage statutory submissions (COID, UIF declarations, EMP501, BEE reports)
- Keep track of vehicle licenses, fire equipment servicing, and
- general maintenance
Requirements:
- Experience in finance, payroll, and administration within the manufacturing/FMCG sector
- Proficiency in Sage Payroll and financial reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
