We are seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Analyst with a strong background in financial analysis, valuation, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate finance principles and a proven ability to support key decision-making processes, mergers, acquisitions, and investment strategies. Responsibilities:- Conduct financial analysis to support corporate strategies and initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuations, and projections
- Evaluate business performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Support M&A activity, due diligence, and integration processes
- Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA or similar certifications are a plus)
- Proven experience as a Corporate Finance Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of M&A, capital markets, and corporate finance principles
