Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field .
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
- ITIL Certification (preferred) for IT service management.
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud ) are a plus
- 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in the banking sector managing IT infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience leading hardware, software replacements, and system upgrades in a banking environment.
- Experience working with enterprise IT infrastructure , including servers, storage, networking, cloud migration, and cybersecurity .
- Strong background in vendor and stakeholder management , ensuring seamless delivery of IT infrastructure initiatives.
- Deep understanding of banking IT infrastructure , including core banking systems, data centers, cloud services, and cybersecurity frameworks .
- Familiarity with banking regulatory requirements , compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001), and risk management.
- Experience with IT infrastructure lifecycle management, system integrations, and disaster recovery planning .
