Description:
A well-established company in Alberton requires the services of an Assistant Store man
Duties:
Creation and updating of Bin Cards
Creation of shelf labels and color coding
Ensure buy out stock received accurately and signed off
Investigating & Reporting of discrepancies:
Daily reports to Finance department Requisitions
Extraction of main store Re-order reports (min & max)
Reconcile stock quantities on hand is live vs Pastel accounting quantity of stock
Process Consumable inventory journals
Issue and record correct stock to factory and other departments as per picking slip only
Ensure completed picking slips are submitted to finance and factory Admin departments
Assist in stock count process
Ensure quality of stock received and issued is according to company standards
Ensure stock required as per picking slip quantities are always reconciled and in balance and in line with requirements from factory
Skills:
Matric
Minimum 2 years' experience
