Description:
An exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Consultant who will support the Branch, Regal clients, retail and trade.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Efficiently attend to sales queries/ requests for quotes and pricing from all internal, retail and trade customers.
· Manage the buyout process request from branch in a timeous manner
· Attend to O/T requests from branch, keeping relevant parties informed at all times.
· Professionally handle incoming calls to branch and direct calls to correct parties
· Keep a well-maintained admin process flow
· Ensure all filing ( Cash ups, invoices and credit notes) is done and correctly stored.
· Load and manage Supplier requests and Purchase Orders for buy-outs
· Manage IBT as requested and required
· Load Sales Orders at branch
· Assist branch with stock to complete orders placed – part of IBT
· Resolve and record customer complaints and escalate to Management for assistance when necessary or required/requested
· Resolve or redirect all Technical Queries to the branch technical desk or to Technical for resolution
· Generate Pro-Forma Invoices and Quotations
· Generate and confirm Pick Notes
· Ensure Margins are correct on all Orders
· Provide customers with branch stock availability
· Process back-orders and ensure margins are correct before processing, on a daily basis
· Attend all scheduled training
Requirements:
- Sales
- Telesales
1 - 2 years experience in sales and customer service
Electronic security products knowledge advantageous
Strong administration skills
Good command of the English language
Reliable transport
Ability to work alternative Saturdays 8 - 12
