We are looking for a tech-savvy IT Support Officer to join our team in Montague Gardens! If you excel in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, apply now!Job Purpose:Provide technical assistance, minimize downtime, and ensure smooth IT operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-line support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment .
  • Monitor IT infrastructure for performance issues and security risks .
  • Maintain IT inventory records and manage hardware/software upgrades.
  • Ensure security compliance and assist with IT audits.
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors on IT projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft) are a plus.
  • 1-2 years ’ experience in IT support.
  • Proficiency in Windows, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs), and cloud tech (Office 365, Google Workspace) .
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills .
  • Ability to work independently and in a team .
