Purpose of the job
To guide, implement, and deliver the Company’s recruitment and Talent Management strategies with regards to effective staffing service delivery within the area of responsibility. The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for service level agreements (SLAs) for the business and to ensure that service delivery is in line with the business strategy and is compliant with legislation.
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategic Solution Generation
1. Coordinate and conduct Talent searches in area of responsibility and maintain up to date knowledge of external talent suitable for relevant roles.
2. Compilation of Statistical Data for Vacancy Management
3. Continuous building of internal and external talent maps to ensure a robust talent pipeline
Business Relationship Management and Networking
1. Analyse the unique staffing requirements of relevant business unit/s and proactively formulate recommendations to business partners to address identified needs
2. Analyse external labour market factors impacting on relevant business unit/s and provide recommendations to business partners of these factors on the achievement of business unit goals
3. Communicate effectively and build relationships with business partners on the achievement of common goals
4. Understand the operational business needs to align HR service delivery
5. Conduct regular meetings with business and HR partners to discuss status of vacancies and projects.
Professional Service Delivery
1. Management of the end-to-end recruitment function of critical vacancies
2. Gather information regarding the customer's needs and initiate actions to satisfy customers in accordance with staffing requirements
3. Organise and manage one's activities when attending to customer needs in a professional and open manner
4. Ensure that Administrator service delivery is in line with HR and Line service level agreements (SLAs), institute corrective measures where necessary
5. Continually re-enforce importance of compliance with policies and procedures as well as with Line and HR and ensure adherence to the recruitment policies and processes.
6. Ensure proper implementation and execution of a recruitment process to deal with all recruitment relating to the mass casual recruitment drive, sourcing projects and any other related projects and activities.
Stakeholder Management and Engagement
1. Be pro-active in building strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
2. Work in collaboration with other Head Office departments to drive and execute overall people operational plan.

Requirements / qualifications:
Degree
3 years or more relevant experience
Must have experience in retail
Experience in cosmetics is advantageous
