Description:
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a BPA Specialist who will c reate , implement and support automated b usiness processes. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Business Process Automation (BPA) Lead to understand project requirements – as dictated by business needs – then work towards providing automated solutions to satisfy those needs. New technologies will be vetted through thorough research of the given technology, as well as conceptual implementations and proof of concepts, together withthorough documentation and best practice guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- C reating and implementing automated business process solutions .
- Contribute to building a catalogue of automated business process capabilities .
- Creating, testing, and monitoring automat ion workflows and solutions .
- Post - implementation, maintaining, and updating automation.
- Documentation of the Business Processes.
- Using Quality Assurance (QA) techniques to ensure quality automation and avoid any potential
issues.
- Upskilling on new technologies and staying up to date with modern technologies.
- Continuously improve processes and solution usage.
- Performing other duties as assigned
- B Com in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 or more years of experience required (kindly note that the year of experience is only a rough guideline, and the appropriate level will be ascertained during the interview
process) - Experience with Artificial Intelligence (LLMs)
- Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power
Pages )
- RPA technolog ies ( UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate preferred)
- Software development /delivery experience ( .NET, C# , JavaScript )
- Cloud computing services (Microsoft Azure preferred)
- Change management experience
- Business a nalyst experience
- Business process management experience
- Software Development / IT Security / Infrastructure & Networking / ITSM
- Logistics & Supply Chain experience (advantageous)
- AI experience, Prompt Engineering, Copilot/ Chatbot development
