Our client is looking for a New Business Sales Executive to join their team in Vaal, GP. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales background and the ability to promote the company's products and services effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct telephone and in-person meetings, including presentations, with potential clients.
- Research and identify potential clients to assess their needs and business potential.
- Develop clear and effective proposals/quotations in line with company standards.
- Analyze the market and customer base to determine potential growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute a personal sales strategy to maximize revenue and return on time investment.
- Provide management with oral and written reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and market trends.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with sales activities, prospect sheets, quotes, and pipeline tracking.
- Develop and manage existing customer accounts to ensure continued business growth.
- Ensure accurate completion and submission of all required contracts and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Cross-sell a full range of products and services to potential and existing customers.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in Office Automation, Network, Software, Access Control, CCTV, and VoIP infrastructure (advantageous).
- Fully computer literate.
- Strong telephonic and face-to-face customer engagement skills.
- Presentable with excellent presentation, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and a team player.
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
- Own cell phone.
- Salary: negotiable.
