Are you a hands-on professional with a passion for maintaining safe, secure, and well-functioning facilities? We are looking for a dedicated Premises Officer to oversee the maintenance, security, and general management of two school campuses.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure the security of the school premises, including monitoring CCTV & alarm systems
- Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Oversee cleaning and waste management to maintain a hygienic environment
- Ensure health & safety compliance and conduct risk assessments
- Manage contractors and oversee facility-related budgets
- Set up spaces for school events and activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Matric (High School Graduate) – Additional safety & maintenance certifications are a plus
- Experience in building maintenance, security, or facilities management
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
- Ability to manage contractors and oversee budgets
- Tech-savvy with basic IT knowledge (Microsoft Office)
- Reliable, organized, and proactive
Own transport & valid driver’s license preferred.
