Description:
Our client a specialist in financial services is urgently looking for a Change Manager who has worked on various SAP Projects to become part of their team.
Please note that this is a one year contract.
Minimum Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management within SAP projects related to products within the SAP offering such as
· SAP Group Reporting, SAP Group Reporting Data Collection, SAP S4 Hana, SAP Master Data management and SAP PAPM
· Stakeholder analysis and management
· Impact assessments
· Readiness assessments
· Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing SAP-related changes
· Change execution – indivuals who can partner with the product owners on the delivery journey
· Strong understanding of SAP systems and processes
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
· Experience in developing and executing change management strategies
· Proficiency in project management methodologies
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Detailed change plan which includes communication, training and change activities, which is aligned to the delivery plan
· Guidance and best practice execution of change management
· Post implementation assessments
· Relevant SAP certifications would be an advantage
· Bachelor's degree in a related field
