Key Responsibilities:
Electrical System Management & Maintenance
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of electrical systems across the plant.
- Plant Energy Management under Supervision
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, including motors, control systems, and wiring.
- Programming of Delta PLC, Fusion 360(Fanuc Robotics) and Arduino
- PFC (power factor correction) design and installation
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Project Management & Upgrades
- Support electrical system projects for plant infrastructure, ensuring timelines and safety standards are met.
- Assist in electrical upgrades, installations, and system enhancements to improve performance.
Automation & Control Systems
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and Solar
- Assist in the design and integration of industrial automation and control systems.
- Design and maintenance of Automated Guided Vehicles
- PCB design and program
Team Support & Development
- Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assist in generating technical reports.
- Technical support, design and implementation in all areas required
Safety & Compliance
- Electrical and mechanical projects and installations are with industry standards
- Proactively address electrical safety hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Conduct root cause analysis on failures and recommend preventive actions.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., lost time failure rate, downtime).
- Contribute to the development of maintenance plans and reliability improvement projects.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
