Hire Resolve’s client, a mining technology group specializing in dispatch, tracking, telemetry, and weighing solutions, is looking for an experienced business developer with a passion for mining technology and optimization in the Steelpoort and Burgersfort regions.
Top Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development across the Eastern Limb, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Present our full range of products to potential clients, showcasing their value and relevance to mining operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and develop new business opportunities in the region.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to ensure alignment with sales targets and strategies.
- Travel frequently to client sites and mining operations, ensuring client engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assist in closing deals and ensuring smooth project implementation.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the mining industry.
- 5+ years of experience in new business development, with a focus on lead generation.
- Proven track record in technology and/or equipment sales for both surface and underground mining operations.
- Strong network and established experience in the Eastern Limb region .
- Passion for electronics, networks, mining technology, data analytics , and optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint , and Excel .
