Description:
One of our clients who provides specialised equipment, services and software to the Banking, CIT, Casino and Retail markets, are looking for an experienced Field Services Technician to service their clients in Port Elizabeth. Applicants must have at least 3 to 5 years experience in the service, repair and maintenance of cash handling equipment and software.
- Must stay in Port Elizabeth.
- Own reliable vehicle is essential.
Duties:
- Repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment (hardware and software) as per SLAs.
Experience & Qualifications:
Mechanical / Electronic or related tertiary qualification preferred. 3-5 years experience in repairs / servicing / maintaining cash handling equipment. Excellent technical and electronic knowledge of equipment and software. Reliable vehicle and valid drivers' license is essential. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and SLAs. Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. Display initiative and self-discipline. High focus on customer care/satisfaction. Strong reporting and administration skills (highly computer literate). Excellent communication skills.
