Description:

  • Oversee general construction coordination between the development team and the main and sub-contractors.
  • Specific focus on the snagging and de-snagging process.
  • Contractors and sub-contractor oversight
  • Quality control and compliance
  • Client handover support
    Requirements:
  • A Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or similar
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in residential construction, with strong focus on quality control and snagging. Thorough understanding of construction practices and techniques. Experience working on high-end residential or mixed-use developments. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure quality and perfection. Strong organisational and time management skills. Strong problem solving skills
