We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Process orders, quotes, and sales transactions. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to meet company targets. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service (operation or manufacturing). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
