Minimum Requirements:Matric. Advantageous: relevant tertiary qualification. 2 years experience as a Payroll Administrator. Own transport and valid Drivers License. Knowledge of Pay Space and SAGE would be beneficial. Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
Main responsibilities:
Personal assistant duties such as handling requests and queries given by the Head of HR appropriately. Checking reports. Basic payroll administration. Processing payment issues. Creating salary sheets and reports Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Tracking employee absence. Authenticating working hours and pay rates. Issuing confirmation of employment.
