As a Payroll Administrator you will responsible for the following:
Salary Payroll:
- Update salary adjustments, reconcile third-party payments, and maintain payroll reports.
- Assist with payroll inquiries and complete UI19 forms.
Wages Payroll:
- Process wages for various payroll frequencies, import hours/allowances, and record earnings/deductions.
- Ensure timely payroll and third-party payments, distribute reports, and perform reconciliations.
Payroll & HR:
- Assist with EMP201, EMP501, and other reporting (Equity, Skills, etc.).
- Provide support for HR-related queries.
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with tax and labor regulations.
- Maintain employee records and generate payroll reports.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies, stay updated on payroll software, and collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals.
- Keep payroll documentation and procedures up-to-date.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Payroll qualification
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Sage VIP advanced would be preferred
