A leading supplier of health and safety products is looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer to expand and manage accounts across Southern Africa.
The ideal candidate has a strong sales track record in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) or has worked with companies requiring PPE, such as mining, construction, or industrial sectors.
Minimum Requirements:
Completed Grade 12 – essential.
Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Technical fields (advantageous).
4 or more years of business development and account management experience.
2 or more years of experience selling into the mining, construction, or industrial sectors.
Proven track record in PPE sales or strong exposure to industries that require PPE.
Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow customer relationships.
Identify and strategically pursue new business opportunities.
Process sales leads, prepare, and send quotes.
Ensure that the CRM system is updated.
Travel to customer sites, expos, and conferences.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
