We have an amazing opportunity for a Product Specialist (Slots) to be based in Umhlanga. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidate will be responsible for the online slots product with focus on analyzing daily figures, doing competitor analysis, enhancing customer experience, introducing new features and working with promotional tools. All this with the focus on increasing revenue and market share through our slots betting offerings.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:
• Conduct competitor analysis as required covering local and international trends to gain ideas around content and innovation.
• Testing all new slots and working with Product team to strategize priority of games and providers
• Consult with current slots providers and potential providers to strategize around new content and features.
• Grasp a good understanding of the different promo tools available from all slots providers and share that insight and ideas for teams to utilize.
• Give input into management of slots lobbies regarding providers, categories and positioning of slots across all sites including the Gaming Platform.
• Working with the Marketing teams on all slots marketing and promotional campaign including launching of new games and providers.
• Work with marketing and content production Teams to produce promotional, advertising, educational and other content as required for HWB. This may include participating in HWB branded content to promote slots products.
• Testing of all current slots on various platforms and devices to ensure optimal customer experience.
• Report on different metrics following changes from the business or competitors.
• Compile Business Requirement Documents for the BET Software team for any new slots work required.
• Monitor big wins on slots to assist with ensuring they are marketed effectively.
• Monitor overall client’s patterns and work with the relevant teams on maximizing customer engagement.
• Ensuring maximum exposure and minimum bets are in line with business mandates vs competitors.
• Provide innovation for slots lobbies including the Gaming Platform.
• Reporting of any issues picked up from monitoring slots.
• Assisting with testing backlog of slots providers to help guide the team with priority of games and providers.
• Evaluate customer understanding and insights with the brand and provide possible enhancements where required.
• Market awareness and strong Relationship Management abilities with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in identifying root causes of issues from customers and audit queries and look at ways and initiatives to reduce specific customer/audit queries where appropriate, based on the nature of the query.
• Communicating with departments to identify work shortfalls and areas where the development team can assist in improving work processes.
• Report on product performance and metrics.
• Involvement in making user manuals for system applications.
• Dealing with slots betting related queries for clients.
• Any other ad hoc duties that might be required.
